Cannabis Task Force, 2018  - I was one of two leads assigned to address the brand new revenue opportunity presented by the end of cannabis prohibition. It was somewhat complex owing to the regulatory environment, how the customers were often set up without traditional financial fundamentals, and a sector without the maturity of developed supply markets. Outcome: I wrote the largest supply agreement for a cannabis grower in Grainger's portfolio, with Aurora Cannabis.
