AltaGas, 2017  - From suspecting to initial contact through negotiation and actualizing the agreement in the field, I led the acquisition of AltaGas' $4M industrial and safety supply business across all business units in Canada. An extensive needs analysis was undertaken to align inventories and service model enhancements for business units ranging from utilities and sour gas plants to wind farms and run-of-river generating stations. I developed the playbook for the regional teams and traveled to business units as far as Nova Scotia to roll out the program and ensure performance for end users.
